Instructions

1. 01

   Fill a rocks glass with cracked ice and add a bar spoon of Herbsaint. Set aside.

2. 02

   Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass.

3. 03

   Add ice and stir until chilled.

4. 04

   Roll the Herbsaint and ice mixture around the inside of the rocks glass to coat. Discard.

5. 05

   Strain the contents of the mixing glass into the seasoned glass.

6. 06

   Garnish with a lemon peel.
