   In a blender or using a hand mixer, process the pineapple. Add the ice cream, then fold to mix until just combined. Return to the freezer if the mixture has melted.

   In a small pitcher, combine the pineapple ice cream mixture, beer and white wine, stirring and mashing with a wooden spoon until well-combined. It should have the density and texture of a milkshake.

3. 03

   Pour into two small mugs with straws and serve immediately.
