Instructions

  1. 01

    Add scotch, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and absinthe to a shaker.

  2. 02

    Shake without ice.

  3. 03

    Add ice and shake until well chilled. Top with club soda.

  4. 04

    Garnish with an orange peel or wheel.
