Amaretto Sour

Instructions

   Add Amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.

   Shake vigorously without ice for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

   Add ice to the shaker and shake until well chilled, about 10-15 seconds.

4. 04

   Strain into a cocktail glass.

5. 05

   Garnish with a lemon twist.
