Mid-Morning Fizz

Instructions

   Pour Green Chartreuse into a Collins glass.

   Fill glass with large cold ice cubes, add soda water, and freeze glass.

   Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange blossom water, and egg white to mixing glass.

   Add ice and shake vigorously to create texture and froth.

5. 05

   Remove Collins glass from freezer. Strain cocktail carefully for a layered effect.

6. 06

   Garnish with an orange wheel.
