Celery Juice

Instructions

    Rim a rocks glass with a blend of sea salt and dashi powder (use 3 parts sea salt to 2 parts dashi).

  2. 02

    Add all ingredients except celery juice to a shaker with ice and shake.

  3. 03

    Strain into the prepared glass over ice.

  4. 04

    Float celery juice on top.
