Instructions

   Add heavy cream and brown sugar cube to shaker.

   Add the coil of a Hawthorne strainer and dry shake without ice until aerated and pourable.

   Heat bourbon, Licor 43, and cider in saucepan over low heat until steaming.

4. 04

   Pour into tempered mug.

5. 05

   Float cream on top by pouring over slotted spoon.

6. 06

   Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
