Yuzu Sake

Tonic Water

Instructions

    Fill a highball glass with ice, and stir to chill. Strain off the melted water.

    Pour gin and yuzu-shu over the ice.

  3. 03

    Stir to chill, then top with the tonic water.

  4. 04

    Finish with a pinch of salt.

  5. 05

    Garnish with a mint sprig.
