Instructions

   Prepare a rocks glass with a salted rim using the honey.

2. 02

   Fill prepared glass with crushed ice.

3. 03

   Add mezcal and tonic to the rocks glass.

4. 04

   Flame grapefruit peel over top of the cocktail and garnish with flamed peel.
