Peated Scotch
1/2 oz
spirit
Angostura Bitters
2 dash
bitter
Orange Bitters
1 dash
bitter
Honey Syrup
1 barspoon
syrup
Orange Peel

garnish

Instructions

  1. 01

    Add honey syrup, bitters and scotch to a rocks glass.

  2. 02

    Squeeze the orange peel over the glass to release oils and rub the peel around the inside of the glass. Set aside.

  3. 03

    Add a large piece of ice and stir briefly.

  4. 04

    Garnish with the orange peel.
