   Add aged rum, Cherry Heering, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, and cane syrup to a cocktail shaker.

   Add three small ice cubes and shake until chilled.

   Strain into a port or small wine glass.

4. 04

   Serve with a 1 ounce shot glass of Appleton 12 year rum or Plantation Jamaica 2001 rum alongside.
