   Line 1/8 of the rim of a rocks glass with salt.

   Add a pinch of sea salt to the rocks glass.

   Add the Cynar and briefly stir.

   Add the Punt e Mes, lemon juice, bitters and ice, then briefly stir again.

   Express the oil from the lemon twists onto the surface of the cocktail, dropping one in along the side of the glass, with the skin side facing in.
