Brandy Lift

Instructions

   Add brandy, Bénédictine, orgeat, and cream to a cocktail shaker.

   Add ice and shake until chilled.

3. 03

   Double strain into an 8-ounce fizz glass.

   Slowly add soda water, stirring with a bar spoon until the liquid reaches the top.

5. 05

   After 15 seconds, slowly add 1 ounce soda water to lift the foam above the rim.
