Mai Tai

Instructions

   Add 1 ounce dark rum, 1 ounce aged rum, and 0.5 ounce Cointreau to the shaker.

   Add 0.75 ounce lime juice, 0.75 ounce grapefruit juice, and 0.75 ounce orgeat to the shaker.

   Add 2 dashes orange bitters to the shaker.

   Add cubed ice to the shaker until filled halfway.

   Shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 12 seconds.

   Strain mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

   Garnish with a mint sprig, pineapple wedge, and lime wheel. Serve immediately.
