   Fill a highball glass with crushed ice to the top.

   Add vodka, grape juice, and fresh lime juice directly to the glass.

   Top with ginger ale.

   Stir gently to combine.

   Garnish with a lime wheel or a few frozen grapes or blueberries if desired.
