Instructions

   Rub rim of wine glass with lemon wedge.

   Dip rim in sugar using lemon juice to coat half the rim.

   Fill glass with pebble ice. Arrange 3–4 dried apple slices on inside of glass.

4. 04

   Combine apple brandy, lemon juice, amaro, maraschino liqueur, and orange bitters in shaker with ice. Shake well.

5. 05

   Strain into prepared glass.

6. 06

   Top with microplaned nutmeg.
