Instructions

1. 01

   Using a lemon wedge, coat the rim of a wine glass.

2. 02

   Using the lemon juice, run a fine layer of sugar on half the rim.

3. 03

   Fill the glass with pebble ice and then arrange 3 to 4 dried apple slices on the inside of the glass.

4. 04

   Combine the ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.

5. 05

   Strain into the prepared glass.

6. 06

   Garnish with microplaned nutmeg.
