Cachaça
1 1/2 oz
spirit
Aperol
1/2 oz
liqueur
Lemon Juice
3/4 oz
citrus
Demerara Syrup
1/2 oz
syrup
Cinnamon
spice
Soda Water
to top
mixer

Instructions

    Add cachaça, lemon juice, Aperol, demerara syrup and cinnamon to a shaker filled with ice.

    Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.

    Top with soda water.

  4. 04

    Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick.
