Instructions

    Place the coupe glass in the freezer or fill with ice water to chill.

    Add aged rum, Averna, Green Chartreuse, and Velvet Falernum to the mixing glass.

    Add aromatic bitters and orange bitters to the mixing glass.

    Fill the mixing glass with cubed ice and stir until well-chilled, about 20–30 seconds.

    Empty the coupe glass if using ice water, then strain the drink into the chilled coupe glass.

  6. 06

    Express a lemon twist over the drink and place it on the rim or in the glass.
